Stay near Cannes in a comfortable and warm twin bedroom suitable for a single person, a couple or two friends, hosted by a friendly couple, a small dog and a rabbit. Great opportunity to practice and perfect your French if you want.

The flat is located near Cannes and its beaches (10 mins by bus), Nice (45 mins away by train) and Monaco (1h away by train). Bus stop is 50m from the flat. Lots of other places to visit: Grasse, the world perfume capital; St Paul de Vence (lovely medieval village); Eze; St Tropez; Lerins Islands, Menton, Vintimille (near the Italian border), etc.

WIFI is available.

Possibility to use the hair-dryer, microwave, iron and ironing board. You can also store a few items of food/drinks in the fridge.

Possibility to pick you up from Nice airport - cost: 25 euros; or from Cannes railway station - cost: 10 euros.

Please note that the owners do not speak English, but their daughter who lives nearby speaks English fluently. To help with your stay, you will receive a full briefing in writing in English on arrival with list of services provided, places to visit and how to get there, house rules, etc.

Price per night: from £25 (or from £160 per week). Includes bed and continental breakfast. Dinner possible at an extra £10/night.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Maximum stay: 2 weeks.

Cancellation policy:
- cancellation up to 2 months before check-in: 85% refund.
- Up to 1 month before check-in: 50% refund.
- Within one month of check-in: no refund.

Please note that this stay is not suitable for people who love to party and are heavy drinkers.
